I am a registered social worker passionate about helping people build meaningful, value-driven lives. I support neurodivergent, mad, disabled, and chronically ill folks; those navigating complex mental health experiences, substance use, or housing instability; refugees, newcomers, and migrants; 2SLGBTQIA+ and Black, Indigenous, and racialized communities; and people across life stages and in creative, care, and helping roles reconnect with their strengths and values.
