Neurodivergent-founded & inspired

Ask Psychotherapy Hub's owner and director, Emma, sought to bring other therapists, clients, and other mental health professionals together in a space built just for therapy.

We are inspired by our work and aim to fill gaps in mental health care and counselling services.

Our welcoming space has attracted a group of talented, professional and kind therapists with different strengths and experiences.

Specializing in ADHD and a spectrum of mental health concerns, our aim is to empower every person we meet to navigate life's complexities with clarity, strength, and ease. We practice from an integrated framework that takes into account not only biological and psychological aspects of your struggles, but also the broader social/environmental context impacting your experience.

We work to provide comfort for sensory accessibility, discuss trauma without making people feel worse about themselves, and ask thoughtful questions to meet you where you're at. We are committed to promoting growth and fulfillment, whatever that looks like for you.

You're welcome to bring along your emotional support animal!

Ask your therapist how we can help you get documentation for your emotional support animal.

We offer a fully accessible main floor with a soundproof office and AODA-compliant washroom on our main floor.

Our cozy waiting areas are spaces for you to enjoy before your session start time as you transition into one of our comfortable, private offices. Let your therapist know if there is a particular room you'd like your session in.

You're always welcome to make a soothing cup of tea or coffee at our drink bars, setting the stage for your session.
