Jem is our dedicated and attentive Clinic Manager at Ask Psychotherapy Hub, bringing strong healthcare administration experience and a thoughtful approach to communication and organization. Jem is service-oriented and she understands the sensitive and diverse needs of our clients and community - Jem has been a gift to our team for the past year, the personal qualities of empathy and altruism that Jem brings to her role make it difficult to not feel cared for in her presence.

 

As Ask's full-time Clinic Manager, Jem oversees daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth scheduling of individual and group sessions, managing administrative tasks securely, and supporting clients and therapists throughout their care. Her passion for mental health and healthcare advocacy drives her commitment to creating a supportive environment and responding promptly to the needs of therapists and their clients.

Jem's photography skills and creativity have helped capture the essence of our clinic and the values we work from and promote - we are fortunate to have her in the position of full-time Clinic Manager!

Collaborating directly with our Director Emma, Jem helps keep operations efficient and client-focused, providing a calm, helpful presence at the front desk. She’s always available to assist with scheduling, questions, or information about your experience.

As an agent of a Health Information Custodian, Jem follows Ontario’s PHIPA guidelines, maintaining strict confidentiality and only accessing information necessary for scheduling and administration, not therapy content.
