Group Therapy
"Remember to imagine and craft the worlds you can't live without, just as you dismantle the worlds you can't live within."
- Ruha Benjamin
At Ask Psychotherapy Hub, while we deeply value the power of one-on-one therapy, we also recognize the unique benefits of group therapy. Sometimes, sharing personal concerns in a confidential, moderated space can offer a sense of connection and relief that’s hard to find in our lives.
If you’re feeling stuck or provides a safe, supportive space to not be alone with your circumstances, thoughts and feelings. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
Our groups provide a consistent, reliable, and safe base for you to land with others you come to know, trust and feel safe often when life feels overwhelming or disconnected. Group therapy is a great complement to individual therapy, or a more accessible option for those wanting to explore shared experiences and gain new insights.
It’s an opportunity to experience the power of community and build deeper understanding of both yourself and others.

FIND YOUR PEOPLE AND YOUR VOICE IN OUR THERAPY GROUPS
We’re planning to offer a variety of group therapy sessions in 2026 and would love to hear from you!
