Jemima (Jem) (she/her) 

Jem is our dedicated and attentive Clinic Coordinator at Ask Psychotherapy Hub, bringing strong healthcare administration experience and a thoughtful approach to communication and organization. Jem is service-oriented and she understands the sensitive and diverse needs of our clients and community - Jem has been a gift to our team for the past 9 months, the personal qualities of empathy and altruism that Jem brings to her role make it difficult to not feel cared for in her presence.

 

As Ask's full-time Clinic Coordinator, Jem oversees daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth scheduling of individual and group sessions, managing administrative tasks securely, and supporting clients and therapists throughout their care. Her passion for mental health and healthcare advocacy drives her commitment to creating a supportive environment and responding promptly to the needs of therapists and their clients. 

Jem's photography skills and creativity have helped capture the essence of our clinic and the values we work from and promote - we are fortunate to have her in the position of full-time clinic coordinator! 

Collaborating directly with our Director Emma, Jem helps keep operations efficient and client-focused, providing a calm, helpful presence at the front desk. She’s always available to assist with scheduling, questions, or information about your experience.

As an agent of a Health Information Custodian, Jemima follows Ontario’s PHIPA guidelines, maintaining strict confidentiality and only accessing information necessary for scheduling and administration, not therapy content.

Matthew (he/him) 

Matthew has been a valued part of Ask's administrative team for the past 1.5 years, evolving alongside our clinic to offer more support as we grow. Matthew is incredibly interesting, clever and consistently provides a helpful and friendly presence at our front desk. With a background in history and a passion for data organization, he ensures accurate management of client scheduling and information aligned with privacy standards.

 

Matthew is currently Ask's part-time Clinic Coordinator, while focusing on his studies. Matthew works closely with our Director, Emma, to keep clinic operations running efficiently, allowing therapists to focus fully on care. As an agent of a Health Information Custodian, Matthew complies with Ontario’s PHIPA standards, accessing only information necessary for appointment management and never the content of therapy sessions.

Matthew's gentle yet enthusiastic presence, has made him a force of positivity that is felt by therapists and clients when they feel seen by Matthew or when his perspective expands our world view.
