I am a compassionate and experienced Registered Psychotherapist dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve mental wellness, resilience, and personal growth. With a solid foundation in Rational Emotive Therapy, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Logotherapy, my goal is to help individuals overcome challenges, set realistic goals, and develop strategies for success. I also have comprehensive experience with over 16 years working as a coach for workplace conflict resolution, helping individuals and teams navigate difficult situations, improve communication, and build constructive relationships.
