About

Claire Salloum

(she/her)

Supervised Student Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Do you feel that you are carrying too much? Are you overwhelmed at work, at home, or in your relationships? Do you find it hard to prioritize your own needs? I work with adults and adolescents who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, burned out, or stuck. Together we will create a collaborative space where you can slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing and find ways forward that feel true to you.

Claire Salloum

Claire is a warm, thoughtful therapist who brings curiosity, compassion and a strong respect for each client’s lived experience. She supports adults and adolescents who are navigating burnout, anxiety, low mood, workplace pressures, parenting concerns or family difficulties.

Drawing on client-centred, justice-oriented and neuroscience-informed perspectives, Claire considers the many forces that influence well-being. She tailors therapy to the individual, weaving together reflection, mindfulness and practical tools that clients can carry into daily life.

Claire is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing her clinical practicum and offers therapy at a reduced fee.
