I strive to foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for you to explore and find solutions to whatever you may be dealing with. You will have my focused attention and commitment to understanding. Together we will work to find what you need to get back on track or skills for moving in a different direction.
Emma is the founder and director of Ask.
She is a late-diagnosed ADHDer and passionate psychotherapist, who cares deeply for her clients. Emma is continuing to learn how to balance her new role, which has been a shift and away from her passion of practicing psychotherapy. Emma is supported and uplifted by the compassionate and inspiring therapists and community here at Ask.
