About

Lea Konforte

(she/her)

Registered Psychotherapist, CRPO

I offer somatic, body-based, trauma-focused psychotherapy for adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or shut down. Particularly when talk therapy and insight have not brought the relief they hoped for. You may understand why you feel the way you do but still experience anxiety, muscular tension, hyper-vigilance, emotional overwhelm, difficulty relaxing, or periods of shutting down. I help clients gently understand and care for their nervous systems so they can begin to feel safer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

Lea Konforte

Lea offers somatic, body-based, trauma-focused psychotherapy for adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or shut down. Lea's safety-first approach focuses on nervous system regulation and trauma processing without requiring you to retell traumatic events. Together, Lea and you will work toward reducing emotional distress, developing a felt sense of safety, and creating lasting change.
