I work with children, teens, adults, couples, parents, and families to navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, communication issues, parenting pressures, and life transitions, including chronic illness, trauma, grief, and loss. Together, we focus on building resilience and confidence, developing skills, and gaining insights to move forward with strength and clarity.

With over 20 years of experience, Zari provides a strengths-based, holistic approach that strives to empower one’s mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, social and physical well-being allowing clients to heal from emotional change.
