Somatic Therapy

Are you experiencing physical symptoms related to your mental and emotional health?  Psychotherapists at Ask are somatically trained to integrate talk therapy with body-oriented  techniques to provide both "top-down" and "bottom-up" approaches to healing and regulation.

Supervision

Are you a student in a Masters program looking for a placement? Are you a Qualifying therapist requiring supervision? Or a more experienced therapist looking for consultation or peer support? We offer both- in group and individual format, in-person and virtually.
