Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), CRPO
I specialize in working with individuals with ADHD and trauma, including those who are late diagnosed or late identified. I help them navigate overwhelming or confusing experiences through compassionate, strengths-based, and collaborative support, so they can feel more grounded, build self compassion, and develop coping strategies that align with who they are.

Amanda is a natural therapist who is compassionate, intelligent, and
curious as well as dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for her clients. With a deep commitment to understanding and affirming each person’s unique experiences and identities, she offers focused, compassionate attention to help navigate life’s challenges.
Amanda has helped clients of all ages, identities and backgrounds form a more realistic self-image, develop their assertive voice and discover healthy boundaries in relationships.
