About

Amanda Kaszuba

(she/her)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), CRPO

I specialize in working with individuals with ADHD and trauma, including those who are late-diagnosed or late-identified. I am passionate about supporting the neurodivergent community. As a neurodivergent and queer therapist, I deeply understand how the world can be limiting and judgmental, often not built to our strengths. My goal is to help my clients build self-compassion, using a strengths-based approach to develop collaborative coping strategies tailored to their needs.

Amanda Kaszuba

Amanda is a natural therapist who is compassionate, intelligent, and
curious as well as dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for her clients. With a deep commitment to understanding and affirming each person’s unique experiences and identities, she offers focused, compassionate attention to help navigate life’s challenges.

Amanda has helped clients of all ages, identities and backgrounds form a more realistic self-image, develop their assertive voice and discover healthy boundaries in relationships. Her collaborative approach guides you to uncover your strengths and make sense of your past, with her empathetic, affirming style making her an invaluable partner in your therapy work.
