About
Amanda Kaszuba
(she/her)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
I specialize in working with ADHD and trauma, whether it is late-diagnosed or late-identified, I am passionate about working with the neurodivergent community. Being a neurodivergent and queer therapist, I understand how the world around us can be limiting and judgmental and is not built to our strengths. I hope to work with my clients to help them build self-compassion and I use a strength-based approach to create collaborative coping strategies for my clients.
Amanda is a natural therapist. She is compassionate, smart, and curious, dedicated to providing a safe, consistent, supportive, and non-judgmental space for her clients. With a commitment to understanding and affirming your unique experiences and identities, she offers focused attention to help you navigate life's challenges.
Amanda's therapeutic approach emphasizes collaboration, guiding you to uncover your strengths and make sense of your past. Amanda's empathetic and affirming style makes her an invaluable partner in your journey towards mental wellness.
